By accessing any system or service owned or provided by Silence is Defeat, you certify
that you are doing so legally, against no legal terms expressed against you.  You
acknowledge that Silence is Defeat may monitor any activity or communication on the
system and retrieve any information stored within the system. By accessing Silence is
Defeat systems, you are consenting to such monitoring and information retrieval for
law enforcement and other purposes. Users should have no expectation of privacy to any
communication on or information stored within the systems, including information
stored locally on the hard drive or other media in use with this unit.

Additionally, by accessing our systems, you certify that you understand and agree 
	to the following:

	- SD servers and services are to be used for educational purposes only 
	  with exceptions for commercial use made by written consent.
	- Making any attempt to gain unauthorized access to SD servers or to remote 
	  hosts by using SD servers is strictly prohibited
	- Participating in activities including but not limited to spamming, port 
	  flooding, network scanning, distributing copyrighted works or using SD 
	  systems for any other type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
	- You are liable for any activities performed by anyone under your SD 
	  account; you will do the best you can to keep your login information 
	  confidential and practice good security habits. Security habits include 
	  but are not limited to: using complex passwords, changing passwords 
	  periodically, and never giving out passwords.

Violators of any of the terms expressed above will have their account immediately
terminated from SD, and in the event that illegal activities have occured, law
enforcement authorities will be contacted and provided with any information felt to be
useful in a thorough and complete investigation.
